●本製品を使用した場合に発生した如何なるトラブル、不利益について弊社は一切の責任を負いません。
●製造上の原因による欠陥については良品との交換を行いますが、これ以上の保証は一切行いません。
【注意事項】
●本製品の内容とライセンス契約は改良のため予告無しで変更することがあります。

Authorizations and Prohibitions under License Agreement for Cutout People Images
【Things Authorized】
● Use of the Product for commercial or noncommercial purposes.
● Use of the image of the Product as it is or in a processed form, as many times as the Licensee wants, for perspective
drawings for construction use, printing, advertisements, illustrations, computer graphics, websites, television
programs, movies, videos, books, games, presentation materials, signboards, etc.
● Use on up to a maximum of ten (10) workstations.
● Recording of the Product in commercial software, provided that the Licensee enters into a separate agreement for
such purpose and pays the royalty that shall be set forth therein.
【Things Prohibited】
● Lending or giving the Product or any reproduction thereof to a third party.
● Sale of the reproduced or processed product.
● Use of any image data of the Product for any purpose that is against public order and sound ethics.
【Copyright】
● Atelier Brown reserves all copyrights and licensing rights to images of the Product.
【Exemptions】
● The Licensor shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any kinds of problems or disadvantages
resulting from the Licensee’s use of the Product.
● The Licensor shall replace a defectively manufactured Product (if any) with a good, non-defective Product but shall
not be responsible or liable to any further extent.
【Notice】
● The contents of the Product or this Agreement are subject to change without notice for the purposes of
improvement.
